The Makeup Removing Squad!

Over the past few years, I've realized that different makeup removers cater to different needs. Today, I thought I would share with you all my favourite products for taking off my face at night.

1. Sonia Kashuk Eye Makeup Remover - $10.99
This product wins the prize for removing the toughest of eye makeup! It is an oilier makeup remover so I only use it on my eyes when I have heavier eyeliner/eye makeup on. I am so glad to have stocked up on this product before Target left Canada.

2. Sephora Triple Action Cleansing Water - $15-$25
I haven't tried cleansing waters before but I am in love with this one from Sephora. It has a very mild scent and is gentle to use on your entire face. It doesn't leave my skin feel tight and dry. I do however wash my face with a cleanser afterwards. Overall this product is gentle and does a great job at removing face makeup and simple eye makeup.

3. Sephora Ultimate Oil in Gel Lipstick Remover (can't find online anymore)
I love a bold lip! But with that, always presents a challenge of taking it off at the end of the night. This lipstick remover melts away even the toughest of lip stains - without leaving a gross taste in your mouth!

4. Ole Henriksen Pure Truth Melting Cleanser - $42
I have heard so much hype over this product so I had to try it! I picked up a smaller sample version to test it out and it is dream! It does exactly what the name claims - melts away your makeup. This cleanser is on the pricier side so I only use it on occasion as a special treat. It feels very luxurious on the skin and does a great job of breaking down face and eye makeup.
