Buyer Beware: Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen

I've decided to start a series for disappointing and/or bad quality products. As you can tell from the title of this post, this series is called 'Buyer Beware'. Since I conduct thorough research before purchasing most products, there hopefully won't be too many Buyer Beware posts to be featured.
